The White River near Cotter Arkansas is known for it's excellent trout fishing.  Our lodge, the finest of the Cotter Arkansas Fishing lodges, was built by a fisherman for fishermen. Rest assured all of our professional White River fishing guides cater to every level of expertise ranging from beginning spin fishermen up to advanced fly fishermen. Because the White River is a tail-water fishery, and the water levels can rise and fall quite unexpectedly,  an experienced Cotter Arkansas fishing guide is highly recommended for each and every first time fisherman.

Our Cotter Arkansas fishing lodges policy is to provide all tackle and gear for each of our fully guided trips including quality fly rods and flies. All tackle provided by the lodge is top line gear and is available to each and every registered guest.

Our fly rods include: Loomis, TFO and Scott with Galvan, Loomis,  and Lamson reels, all loaded with the appropriate backing, fly lines, and leaders.

We use the same high quality in our spinning reels:

We employ Shimano Stradics loaded with quality 4 pound or 6 pound lines. Loomis or Falcon rods in lightweight or ultra light models are used.
