Arkansas white river trout fishing resorts

The White River and the Norfork Rivers flowing through Central Arkansas are among some of the nation's top trout fishing habitats. The White River Inn’s location on a sheer 300 foot bluff  overlooking the river is the pinnacle in Arkansas White River and Norfork river fishing Lodges.

If you are new to the Arkansas Ozark Mountains or unfamiliar with the history and makeup of the White River or the Norfork River, please click here for more information. Please read about our White River and Norfork River fishing lodges.

Both the White River and the Norfork River are known for their excellent trout fishing. Although the White River is the closest river and also the largest, it is a great fishery for both brown as well as rainbow trout. The Norfork River although only slightly in excess of four miles in length, also provides an outstanding and wonderful trout fishery.  The Norfork is truly a fly fishing haven because it provides easy wade in access. Our lodge was built by a trout fisherman with trout fishing in mind and all of our professional Norfork River and White River fishing guides cater to all levels of expertise from beginning spin fishermen to advanced fly fishermen. Because both of the Norfork River and the White Rivers are tail water fisheries, and water levels can rise and fall without warning, you should be certain your Norfork River fishing lodge can supply you with experienced guides which are highly recommended for all first time fishermen.
