Both the White River and the North Fork River are known for their excellent trout fishing. The White River being the closest ( it's located directly below us ) and also the largest, is an exceptional fishery for both rainbow trout as well as brown trout species.  Our Mountain Home Arkansas Trout Fishing Lodges builder was  a fisherman and its certainly built for fishermen.   All of our professional fishing guides cater to every level of expertise from entry level spin fishermen to advanced fly fishermen. Because the mighty White river is a tail water fishery and because the water levels can rise and fall unexpectedly, an experienced fishing guide is highly recommended for all first time fisherman.

Our Mountain Home Arkansas trout fishing lodges view, conveniently located overlooking the White River is nothing short of spectacular. We provide all tackle and gear for our fully guided fishing trips including fly rods and flies. All tackle provided by the lodge is top line gear and is available to all registered guests.

Our fly rods include Loomis, TFO and Scott and our fly reels include Loomis, Galvan, and Lamson all supplied with the appropriately sized fly lines and tippets.

The spinning gear we supply will be of the same high quality.

We only use Shimano Stradic spinning reels, all full of either 4 or 6 pound-line. And we only use Loomis or Falcon light or ultra light rods.
