Both the White River and the North Fork River are known for their excellent trout fishing. The White River is located directly below us,  and is also the largest of the two. The White River is an outstanding fishery for both giant brown trout as well as rainbow trout.  Our White River Bed and Breakfast Inn, was built by a fisherman for fishermen and all of our professional White River fishing guides cater to all levels of expertise from beginning spin fishermen to advanced fly fishermen. Because the White river is a constantly changing tailwater fishery where the water levels can rise and fall unexpectedly, an experienced White River fishing guide is highly recommended for all beginning anglers.

Unlike other White River trout fishing lodges,  ours is conveniently located overlooking the White River. We provide all tackle and gear for our fully guided fishing trips including fly rods and flies. All tackle provided by the lodge is top line gear and is available to all registered guests.

Fly reels include Loomis, Galvans or Lamsons filled with appropriate backing and topped with the appropriate fly lines and leaders.

Fly rods include Scott,  Loomis, and T.F.O.

All our spinning gear issued will be of the same high quality, along with quality reels such as Shimano Stradics, topped with four or six lb. lines.  We use Loomis or Falcon rods in both lightweight or ultra lightweight versions.

Our White River trout fishing lodges are rated as some of the best in the country.  Both our White River and Norfork River fishing excursions include box lunches, drinks (nonalcoholic) all fishing gear and necessary tackle. Everything you will need to troutfish is provided however all of our angling guests are encouraged to bring their own gear if preferred.
